Due to the nature of personalized/customized products, party favors and labels cannot be returned for a refund. Customers will receive a proof to review for typographical errors before the final product is printed. After confirmation is received that the customer is satisfied with the proof, the final product is printed and shipped.

A refund will only be issued after the buyer returns the item to the seller in the same condition (new) as purchased. Buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to the seller. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
